I am addicted to using To-do list and calendar function on my smart phone which I just bought, Nokia E63. I downloaded and installed the PC suite and start adding to do items and meetings. Each to do items were ranked with its own priority, repeating tasks were turn on either daily, weekly or monthly. Some tasks were also have their alert/alarm turn on to remind me. After all is done, it is time to wait for it to alarm me. These are all too much until I just ignore all of those alarms until it drain my phone battery.
While To-do list is good for breaking down huge tasks, Just Do It approach involve less planning, less thinking, less stressful, more intuitive method, IMHO. I find it a more effective way to tackle house chores like filling monthly bill, doing laundry, etc.
